What is your delivery time?

We cater for lunch and dinner. Deliver between 10.30am - 8.30pm, Mon - Fri. Follow our social media to get updates about holidays.

Which area do you deliver to? 

Hola! Loft Eat are able to deliver to any location within 20km from our shop. These includes KL City Center, Mon't Kiara area, Kepong, Segambut, Cheras, Ampang, PJ, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh area. You may check covered delivery area using the map icon.

Why do you not provide disposable cutlery?

Loft Eat is an eco-friendly establishment. We support Zero Single Use Plastic movement. To reduce waste to our beloved Earth, we encourage customer to use your own cutlery or purchase personal travel set which is reusable during your order. 

However, if you really need one, kindly remark during order.

How do I place order?

Customer can place order via below website link or simply Whatsapp us. We accept pre-order for bulk purchase too. Order are also accepted as early as 1 week before delivery date.

What payment method you accept?

We accept online bank transfer, credit card, debit card, e-wallet payment method. For an efficient manner of payment management, we do not accept cash on delivery.

If I am not satisfy with my food, can I ask for refund?

Yes, Loft Eat guarantee the food quality deliver to our customer. If you are not satisfy with the food, do let us know via contact form in website. Our customer service will get back to you within 2 working days.
